Eyebrow
16g or 18g 3/8 hoop with choice of bead, occasionally larger for thicker eyebrow ~ OR ~16g 3/8 barbell ~ (the hoop heals better in most people and is easier to clean).
6-8 weeks to heal

Navel
14g 7/16 is the most common ~ may use 12 gauge if desired ~ 14g 1/2 may be needd sometimes ~ may exchange beads for hematite bead (black), ss, acrylic ~ a barbel may be used. The hoop is a lot easier to clean and for most people it heals better. The other problem with the barbell is it might catch on pants. ~ We suggest that the person is 16+ and the reason for that is because teenagers under 16 may still be growing.
It takes 6 months to a year to completely heal.

Nostril
18g 3/8 oval ring (larger if desired) ~ OR ~ Nostril Screw - Larger Ball on the end to prevent ball from embedding into nose and larger curve to prevent jewelry from falling out. ~ Can be slightly more painful to install and does have a tendency to bleed more.
6-8 weeks to heal.
